Welcome back to "Anna's Holistic Podoclinic" blog!
Today, we will focus on a crucial aspect of holistic foot care - physical activity.
Did you know that regular exercises can significantly improve the health and condition of your feet?

Why is physical activity important for feet?
Regular foot exercises can:
Strengthen foot muscles
Improve flexibility
Increase range of motion
Improve blood circulation
Reduce the risk of injuries
Simple exercises for healthy feet
Toe Stretching: Stretch and bend your toes, holding each position for 5 seconds.
Picking Up Objects: Try picking up small objects (e.g., a pencil) with your toes.
Ball Rolling: Roll a small ball or water bottle under your foot.
Walking on Toes and Heels: Walk around the room on your toes, then on your heels.
Resistance Band Exercises: Use a resistance band to strengthen foot muscles.
Activities that support foot health
Walking barefoot (in safe conditions)
Swimming
Yoga or Pilates
Dancing
Walking on varied surfaces
Remember, any physical activity should be tailored to your abilities and health condition. Always consult with a doctor or physical therapist before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have foot problems.
